โข Origin: Rinus Michels developed it at AFC Ajax starting in 1965 (inspired by earlier English coaches such as Jack Reynolds) and perfected it with Johan Cruijff. It reached its peak at AFC Ajax x (3x European Cup I) and with the Dutch national team at the 1974 World Cup (the โClockwork Orangeโ).
Although the Netherlands lost the final, this style changed modern football forever. Why was it so special?
